PLANNING FOR THE HOLIDAYS IN DOWNTOWN MODESTO
Start planning ahead for the Celebration of Lights Parade in downtown Modesto by being aware of street closure the day of the event. The parade will be on Saturday, December 4th starting at 5:30pm with start closure beginning as early as 1pm that day.
The following streets will be closed to vehicular activity as well as street parking:
- H Street from 9th to 17th Streets
- I Street from 9th to 17th Streets
- J Street from 9th to 17th Streets
- Needham Ave from 9th to 17th Streets
Status of other downtown holiday events and activities:
- Community Tree Lighting – will take place at 10th Street Plaza on Friday, December 3rd at 5:00pm.
- Modesto On Ice – Open Saturday, November 20th. For more information CLICK HERE.
