If you missed The Fruit Yard’s show last Saturday, you missed out big time. Puddles Pity Party and “Weird Al” Yankovic delivered an evening that was pure entertainment from start to finish. Picture this: a perfectly organized, beautiful amphitheater filled with 3,500 people, a cool evening breeze, and a feeling that something special was about to happen. The venue is top-notch, from the easy parking to the spotless facilities and truly helpful staff. 

Puddles kicked things off, and trust us, his voice is a superpower. He had the crowd wrapped around his little finger, proving that a mime-clown with a microphone can be the most engaging performer in the room. Then, “Weird Al” arrived and turned the fun dial up to eleven. His performance was an absolute masterclass in comedy and music, complete with iconic hits and more quick changes than a superhero. The grand finale of two Star Wars songs felt like a wink to Modesto’s own George Lucas, and by the end, everyone was a part of the party, dancing and singing their hearts out. We’re already keeping a close eye on The Fruit Yard’s schedule, and you should too. It’s a venue you won’t regret visiting.
