14th Street Tour

Experience a century of unique local history in one incredible evening! The City of Modesto’s McHenry Museum, in partnership with The McHenry Museum& Historical Society, is co-producing a walking tour of the historic homes on 14th Street in Modesto.

On Friday, May 30 from 4–7 PM, you’ll stroll through some of the city’s most iconic homes, including the Hatton-Davis, DeLappe, Elias-Harris, and Maddux-Morgan houses. The walking tour begins at the McHenry Museum and ends at the Queen Bean Coffee & Social House.

Several photos were secured by MM&HS of the families on the tour, including four generations of De Lappes. Get your tickets ($25) and be part of Modesto’s story!
