Fighting Fentanyl Together

Our Fentanyl Workshop is this coming Wednesday evening, 6 p.m. at Wellspring Anglican Church, 1548 Cummins Drive behind the Home Depot. Our speakers are Stanislaus County District 3 Supervisor Terry Withrow, Coordinator at Stanislaus County BHRS Prevention Services Jennifer Marsh, Ceres Police Department Lt. Jeff Godfrey of the Opioid Safety Coalition and StanHOPE members who are families of victims in our community. More speakers may be added.

In this workshop we will learn the dangers of Fentanyl, how to recognize an overdose and how to administer Narcan. There will be community resources available and free Narcan kits with test strips and more inside. There will be a question and answer time. This workshop is important for our teenagers, please bring them. It will be cool in the church and refreshments will be provided.
