Chef Kait of Modesto’s Fuzio Bistro has created a menu to pair with the beautiful wines made by Derick and Megan at Escalon’s Lumberyard Cellars. We will also be featuring Sciabica Family olive oils as well as other local ingredients, including Fiscalini Farms cheese.
