Legacy of Lowriding – History Culture and Community Exhibit

The McHenry Museum and members of the lowrider community have partnered to curate “The Legacy of Lowriding – History, Culture and Community.” This exhibition covers nearly 85 years of history and culture and is told from the perspective of those who have shaped lowriding in the Central Valley. Visitors will be introduced to local figures, learn the impact lowriders have had on the community, and explore the artwork and customization that makes lowriding unique within car culture.
