Modesto’s Independence Day Parade

Downtown Modesto | Parade Start Time: 9:30AM – Sharp!

Modesto’s Independence Day Parade is scheduled for Saturday, July 4th. The parade begins at 9:30AM sharp with a projected end time of 12:00PM. Presented by Modesto Kiwanis Club and City of Modesto, this year’s theme is “Celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary.”

Food & Craft Vendors: This year’s food and craft court will be on I Street in front of the Gallo Center for the Arts, open 7:00AM to 1:00PM.

National Anthem: will be sung by The Opera Modesto

Road Closures: Please be aware that the parade will impact vehicular travel and parking between 7:00AM and 1:00PM. Anyone planning to arrive or leave downtown between these hours will need to park outside the barricaded area.
