• Discussion; Budget Provided is for Approval Pending Year End Financials. Final Approval to be at next Board Meeting in July

  • MOTION REQUIRED

• Discussion; ACH Payments FY 27 and beyond

  • Current policy is ALL invoices over $4,999 require two signatures, Chair or Treasurer, on actual check

  • Request to move to ACH payment on all invoices from contracts with two signatures to be made via ACH. This will eliminate the time required for securing second signatures on checks ONLY for approved contracts.

  • CEO contacted audit company to confirm this process meets GAAP/Audit standards and was informed, in writing, that this process is considered in accordance with GAAP standards
