PTP’s Radio Cavalcade: GOOD SAM

Featuring star Gary Cooper re-creating his original role from the 1948 film, Screen Guild Theater produced their radio version in April 1949 with Ginger Rogers stepping into the Ann Sheridan role. It’s the story of Sam Clayton, who has a good heart and likes to help out people in need. In fact, he likes to help them out so much that he often finds himself broke and unable to help his own family buy the things they need–like a house.
