Step below street level into The Brady House, a locally created haunted-house experience in downtown Modesto. Explore dark themed rooms, detailed sets and unexpected encounters, and be part of a Halloween tradition built with our community.

2026 dates and hours (Pacific):
October 23: 6–11 PM
October 24: 7–11 PM
October 25: 7–10 PM
October 28: 7–10 PM — quieter Family Night with few or no scare actors
October 29: 7–11 PM
October 30 and 31: 6–11:50 PM
Closed October 26 and 27.

Basement access: Entry and exit require stairs. There is no elevator or wheelchair-accessible route to the basement attraction. Guests must be able to safely descend and climb stairs. Please contact the organizer with access questions before purchasing.

Regular nights include live scare actors and sudden scares. Expect dark areas, narrow passages, loud sounds, theatrical lighting, fog and horror imagery. Family Night is gentler, but not completely scare-free.

Presale tickets start at $12 + fees on select nights and end October 10, or earlier if the presale allotment sells out.
