Instructor: Ally Munson and Maribel Torres

Come stretch, dance, and have fun with us as we walk you through the power of our facial expressions, posture, and physical energy. We will be utilizing a combination of yoga, movement games, and imaginative exercises to encourage creative expression through movement. No experience needed!

Please wear comfortable clothes, such as yoga wear or sweatpants, and be ready to work barefoot or in socks with grip. A yoga mat or thick towel is recommended as we will be working on the floor.
