In this class, we will use a combination of yoga, dance, and imaginative exercises to cultivate greater physical freedom and ability on stage. Great for teens just starting in theater as well as those with experience who want to expand their skills!

Please wear comfortable clothes, such as yoga wear or sweatpants, and be ready to work barefoot or in socks with grip. A yoga mat or thick towel is recommended as we will be working on the floor.
